What is the best location to rent an Isla Mujeres holiday home.

It will depend on the type of holiday you are seeking. The center of Isla Mujeres where the ferry arrives, has many advantages; it is where the majority of restaurants and bars are located.

What is called the center is at the northern end of the island, it is also where the best beaches can be found, the beaches stretch around the northern tip of the island, white sands and wonderful turquoise seas. The water is warm, sometimes like getting into a warm bath.

The beaches tend to get a little crowded at weekends, especially on a Sunday. Those who are at the other end of the island, the South Point and usually have swimming pools tend to go to the beach on weekdays and enjoy relaxing by the pool at weekends.

Another area is the Gloria, which is where the locals live. There are also holiday homes to let in this area, not as luxurious as the homes at the South Point and often  without a pool. However, many visitors love the area, the feel of real Mexico, and really enjoy interacting with the locals.

As you go towards the south point on the Caribbean side of the Island, there are some large luxury homes, some of which are available for rent. These homes have views of the Caribbean seas, it tends to be windy on this side of the islands, it ranges from extremely wind to a pleasant breeze.

Our real estate is located at South Point, the South Point is considered the prime area for living, and also enjoying a peaceful holiday away from the bustle and noise of the center. We have four luxury three bedroom, three bathroom  gated properties, each with its own pool and landscaped gardens.

The properties are a fifteen-minute golf cart ride from the center, many guests take a ride down to the center to dine in the evenings. For those who want to continue enjoying the pool into the evening, most of the restaurants offer a delivery service, All the properties have an outside dining area.
